Message from Principal and Vice-Chancellor Heather Munroe-Blum
Dear Members of the University Community,
Further to my message of Friday, November 11 2001, I am attaching my letter to Dean Jutras setting out terms for the independent investigation which he has agreed to undertake.
Upon receipt of Dean Jutras’ report and recommendations, I will make them public. It is my intention to include the report on the agendas of the Senate and Board in the »ÆƬÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ Year and to provide an administrative response following discussions by these bodies.
I expect that Dean Jutras himself will be communicating with you directly regarding the process he will follow for his investigation.
I am grateful to Dean Jutras for his willingness to serve the community and I have full confidence that he will conduct a thorough and impartial investigation that will serve McGill well, going forward.
