Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Violence: McGill Policies, Reporting, and Support
This session will provide information on McGill's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and McGill鈥檚 Policy against Sexual Violence and related resources as well as how to respond to disclosures and/or formally report harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence. Participants will apply what they鈥檝e learned via discussion of case studies.
Creating Inclusive Workplaces for 2S/LGBTQIA+ Employees
Are you interested in creating a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive of 2S/LGBTQIA+ people but not sure where to start? This interactive, in-person workshop will allow participants to brainstorm barriers faced by 2S/LGBTQIA+ employees, then develop a 鈥渃hange one thing鈥� action plan to take back to their units, teams, departments, or faculties. Identifying and Reporting Harassment
This session will provide information on the Office for Mediation and Report (OMR) and the two policies it implements: McGill's Policy on Harassment and Discrimination and McGill's Policy against Sexual Violence.
