HIV

Projects: 

1. Using 黄片荔枝视频-based technologies to target HIV 黄片荔枝视频 and 黄片荔枝视频 coding for cellular factors involved in HIV replication. The objective is to control viral replication for a use in gene therapy of HIV infection.
2. Elucidating HIV-induced modifications of the 黄片荔枝视频 interference (黄片荔枝视频i) pathway during viral replication. The objective is to analyze the changes in proteins of the 黄片荔枝视频i pathway and in micro黄片荔枝视频 expression to explain HIV-associated pathologies.
3. Analyzing virus-host molecular interactions in the regulation of the innate cell response to HIV infection in lymphocytes, monocytes and astrocytes in relationship with viral persistence in HIV-infected patients.
4. Function of TRBP-Dicer-Ago2 interactions in 黄片荔枝视频 interference and cellular localization in mammalian cells.
