 phy and care coordination' on Thursday\, May 28th\, 9am-12:15pm. The forum
  will be held in Cybermed (210\, McIntyre Medical Building\, Pine Avenue).
  The forum is the prelude to a two-day international symposium on this top
 ic\, hosted by the Centre for Medical Education and the Department of Fami
 ly Medicine. The symposium is funded by a CIHR Planning Grant\, successful
 ly secured by Drs. Peter Nugus\, Yvonne Steinert\, Jane McCusker\, Jean-Lo
 uis Denis\, Pierre Pluye\, Ellen Rosenberg and colleagues.\nThe forum will
  be highly interactive and informal. Canadian researchers\, policy personn
 el and clinician-managers will participate\, including members of the Cent
 re for Medical Education. International guests at the forum include: Henk 
 Nies (Netherlands\, Cordula Wagner (Netherlands)\, Matthew Cooke (UK)\, Ka
 therine Carroll (US)\, Anu Kajamaa (Finland)\, Robert Wears (US) and David
