 nerable communities within these countries are most at risk. Climate impac
 ts are attributable to both state and non-state actors. Recent decisions a
 t the UK Supreme Court have changed the way we normally view the separate 
 legal personality of parent companies within multinational companies in th
 e context of environmental and climate justice. \n\nDr. Lisa Benjamin is a
 n Assistant Professor at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland\, Oregon. He
 r areas of expertise are Climate Change\, Law & Policy regarding Energy Re
 sources\, and Environmental Justice. She holds a PhD from the University o
 f Leicester. She is the author of Companies and Climate Change: Theory and
