Monday

10:30 AM - 1:30 PM:Services at 10:30 am, and then the 10 Commandments and the Graduation Luncheon at 1:30 pm

10:15 AM - 1:30 PM:Shavuot Service & Yizkor (Hybrid -), Lunch, and a Shavuot Ruth’s Roundtable, where David Moll & Kat Felix share their journeys as Jews by Choice.

1:00 - 2:30 PM:Meet the Student Wellness Hub's wonderful Handlers and Dogs, trained to provide you with comfort and stress relief. A Hub Peer Supporter will also be present to answer any questions you may have about the Student Wellness Hub and its services and to provide peer support and health navigation.

3:00 - 4:00 PM:Come enjoy sunshine, connection with the earth, and conversation! Pleaseto RSVP.

2:00 - 3:30 PM:Discover the subtle ways digital habits affect mood, sleep, and focus, and learn effective techniques to set healthy boundaries, reduce digital overload, and reclaim your mental clarity.

Wednesday

11:30 AM - 2:00 PM:The Art Hive affords members of the McGill community the opportunity to step out of their daily challenges, spend time in a very different place, and return to their work feeling more relaxed and focused.

12:00 - 12:30 PM:Join the Student Wellness Hub to discover the transformative benefits of meditation, such as enhanced focus, reduced stress, and improved emotional well-being.

1:30 - 3:00 PM:L'Annexe's Neurodivergent Support Group intends to hold space where neurodivergent* individuals can both provide and experience solidarity by coming together to listen and express themselves. The first Wednesday of each month, we open up the lounge for this monthly get-together.

3:00 - 4:00 PM:Join the group for ideas, encouragement, motivation and a sense of connectedness!

6:00 PM: Supper and BibleStudywithin the undercroft at Christ Church Cathedral. Location: Enter through the doors of the mall on the side of Robert Bourassa. Descend halfway down the stairs and there will be a door to your right.

7:00 - 9:00 PM:Join the Jewish Public Library for a musical evening dedicated to Jewish composers from the 19th century to today, reinterpreted with finesse and emotion by the Myriade String Quartet.

Thursday

10:00 - 11:00 AM:Join Connie, Virginie, Kiki & Alice (Student Wellness Hub) to get started on your wellness planning. In this workshop you will learn about what resources are available to you on and off-campus and how you can access the ones that are right for you.

12:00 - 12:45 PM:All levels welcome. Yoga mats provided. (Student Wellness Hub & McGill Moves event)

12:00 - 1:00 PM:featuring Beth Norcross & Leah Rampy. Join Allen Ewing-Merrill, Executive Director of The BTS Center, for anonlinelunchtime “Let’s Talk!” conversation with the authors of. Besides practical contributions that trees and forests make that are essential for our well-being, they possess great wisdom as our elders, as our spiritual teachers, conversation partners, sources of solace and insight, and Earthly kin. When we connect intimately with them, we can deepen our spiritual lives and grow in the understanding that all beings are part of the fabric of the holy.

12:00 - 3:00 PM:Sacred StitchesCraft Coffee HourJoin us in the narthex every Thursday for crafts, chats, and warm drinks. Everyone is welcome - no skills or project required! Location: St. George's Anglican Church.
