Optical nanoscopy allows us t o characterize the molecular dynamics and interactions of synaptic protein s at their scale: the nanoscale. »ÆƬÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ AI-assisted frameworks for opt ical nanoscopy allows real-time optimization of multi-modal live-cell imag ing as well as for quantitative high throughput image analysis. We develop ed AI approaches for: 1) quantitative analysis of neuronal protein organiz ation in optical nanoscopy images and 2) the optimization of image acquisi tion schemes\, especially in living neuronal samples. This allows us to ch aracterize activity-dependent remodeling of synaptic nanostructures and lo calized modulation of synaptic activity. The development of data-driven mi croscopy is transforming our ability to discover and characterize rare phe nomena that may influence synaptic connections and thus to discover new me chanisms influencing the proper functioning of our brain.\n DTSTART:20241119T210000Z DTEND:20241119T220000Z LOCATION:de Grandpre Communications Centre\, Montreal Neurological Institut e\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2B4\, 3801 rue University SUMMARY:Killam Seminar Series: Decoding the Diversity of Neuronal Nanostruc tures With AI-Assisted Nanoscopy URL:/neuro/fr/channels/event/killam-seminar-series-dec oding-diversity-neuronal-nanostructures-ai-assisted-nanoscopy-359677 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
