Industrial Relations : Examination of labour policy in the context of globalization. The North American Wagner Act model is critically reviewed in light of the global economy. »ÆƬÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ models of industrial relations regulation are studied that ensure that economic and social benefits are equitably distributed.
