Overview

BIEN : Fundamental and quantitative overview of »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ biologics. Introduction to »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ biologics associated biomanufacturing unit operations in upstream (design tools and large-scale production systems of DNA templates for in vitro »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ transcription; small-scale and large-scale »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ bioprocessing systems), and downstream approaches for »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ purification (like Tangential flow filtration and »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ-specific chromatography systems) for emerging m»ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ therapeutics. Introduction to established and emerging applications of »ÆÆ¬ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ biologics for gene and cell therapy.
