Workday has informed us of a phishing campaign that targeted many large organizations, including Workday. This led to unauthorized access to one of their third-party platforms, Workday’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. There is no indication that McGill employees’ personal information and HR related information stored in McGill's Workday system were accessed during this incident.

Nevertheless, we are doing our due diligence to investigate, and we are taking all necessary precautions to safeguard our systems and information.
