French Community of Belgium

An between the French Community of Belgium and Quebec government allows francophone Belgian students registered full-time in a program to be exempted from the international tuition fee supplement.

    Documents required:

    a) Francophone community BelgiansÌýwithout Canadian legal status:

    1. Valid Belgian passport
    2. Study permit
    3. CAQ
    4. Front and back sides of the PDF icon Carte d'identité belge francophone valide (with "Belgique" written in French, listed first at the top left) OR the certificat d’enseignement secondaire supérieur (CESS) OR
      the diplôme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise délivré par un établissement de l’enseignement obligatoire ou supérieur organisé ou subventionné par la Communauté française de Belgique.
